Oregon State Police and the Linn County Sheriff's Office sought the public's help Monday in finding who stole a Team Oregon motorcycle training safety program pickup and trailer loaded with 13 motorcycles, stealing seven of the motorcycles and two scooters.

Other cities, including Kirkland and San Francisco, are encouraging people to get out of cars and onto scooters and motorcycles. Seattle is mired in process on the question.
