The Town Green Village Homeowners Association requested permission to install a sign that would prohibit left turns from Marshall Way onto Windsor Road during the morning school commute. Residents of Building B said Marshall Way and their private alley was being used by parents to bypass traffic backups at the intersection of Windsor Road and Windsor River Road.
