North Carolina drivers won’t get stuck behind a slow moped if a bill in the General Assembly passes. Sen. Tom Apodaca, R-Hendersonville, introduced a bill that requires mopeds to travel on roads with posted speeds of 40 mph or less. He believes motorized vehicles should travel at the same speeds.
